The Inventory Manager is responsible for managing the scheduling, staffing and execution of inventory operations in a specific geographic area to achieve profitability and service goals in support of the overall company objectives.

The Inventory Manager\u0027s Primary Job Responsibilities are:

  • Recruit, hire, train and manage a team of Inventory Associates and Supervisors
  • Staffing and Scheduling of Inventory Associates and Supervisors for inventory events
  • Manage time and attendance
  • Establish and maintain effective business relationships with retail customers
  • Inventory Associate and Supervisor development
  • Ensure pool of vehicles are maintained properly and operational
  • Ensure inventory equipment is available and operational
  • Support productive and effective inventory outcomes

 Job Requirements

  • College degree preferred, with an emphasis on business
  • MUST have a minimum of 2 years management experience, related experience or in high volume, fasted paced retail or restaurant environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with proven ability to work with customers and colleagues at all company levels
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office’s suite of products; Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Acceptable Driving Record – meets or exceeds the requirements of the Company’s driving policy
